Constructed of a double layer of heavy-duty, rip-stop truck mesh. A center hole allows installation of the safety chains and provides a clean look. The Rock Screen is easily height adjustable by simply rolling up from the bottom. The snap-on extrusions are included to contain the rolled up Rock Screen and to provide a finished look. The product was packaged well but, required scissors to open it. NO package should require a tool or sharp object of any kind to open it. The instructions were printed in tiny type that was difficult to read, and the illustrations were on a separate card. The installation was fairly straightforward. The plastic clips that hold the rolled up netting at the bottom were very difficult to close and did not stay closed; not well designed and the execution could use some work. A clamp was required to compress the two halves together, which was not in the instructions or list of required tools. The plastic clips holding the top of the netting to the bars are very lightweight and will not like hold up once the netting is exposed to the wind stream.

The Rock Tamer system with center screen. I have a Classic Chris Craft wooden boat which I am very careful about any road debris from damage to the hull of the boat. I am very pleased with this product.
